Benjamin Nathanson

This week we sit down with Benjamin Nathanson, BJJ black belt and grappling wizard. Ben gives great advice to guys coming up on how to be consistent and improve their game. This episode is dedicated in loving memory to Lori Nathanson, Ben's mother who was one of the most selfless and giving human beings ever. She was a mother to the competition team back in the day and always encouraged me even when tournaments didn't go my way. I owe her a lot in terms of developing my self confidence on and off the mat. The world would be a better place if more people had a heart like her.
