Being truthful about the dead: a deserved eulogy

One month after the passing of my mother's mother and with her birthday near, I had time to think about my every memory of her, including the emotional abuse and gaslighting I received at her hands from childhood to my late 20s, and decided to compose a more... realistic eulogy, as well as a brief thought on why only praising the dead that were despicable to one in life, is delusional at best, and dishonest at worst.
