Behind the Glamour: Inside My Fairy Godfathers® Foundation with Blair and Kristy

In this episode, Steven Anderson and Andrew Ashton are joined by incredible friends and teammates, Blair LaHaye and Kristy Zumwalt. Blair and Kristy are behind all things publicity, social media, and helping the foundation’s mission of empowering women reach the wider community.

The My Fairy Godfathers® Team dives into fun stories about how they first met, reminiscing about the early days of the foundation, travel adventures, and behind-the-scenes planning of the annual gala. That first gala was truly a turning point, and everyone shares just how much work (and fun) went into making it a breathtaking experience for everyone involved. You’ll hear the real talk on planning guest experiences, from food to ensuring every attendee feels entertained and inspired.

Kristy and Blair also discuss what it’s like working with the foundation compared to their other clients, highlighting the personal connections and passion that make their collaboration feel more like a family than a business arrangement. You’ll hear stories of out-of-town escapades, including some not so glamorous moments, and how impactful it is seeing their transformative mission up close. This episode is full of laughs and plenty of memorable stories, because at the end of the day, it’s all about making every woman feel like she has her own fairy godfather (or two!).
