If God providentially governs all things for the good of the elect to bring them to himself, then how does God's providence apply to the non-elect? We look at this important and heavy doctrine in today's episode. We also take a step back to see how God providentially provides for his church in all things and how that relates to the church's mission on earth.

In one of the most pastoral paragraphs of the confession we find God's wise, righteous, and gracious hand in the sins and sorrows of believers. God sovereignly and lovingly allows his people to sin in order to bring them back to himself, discipline us, and make us more dependent on him for his glory and our good.
