Getting your groove back after a fall can be a challenge. To become that better version of yourself after the fall is critical to moving forward. It’s the story that becomes your legend. Life's difficulties can sometimes break you down but agreeing to challenge yourself against the status quo brings that thought of a better life into reality. It is easy to follow the herd and convince yourself that being a cog in the machine is OK.
