    Mark is a Fractional CFO, and what stayed with me most was how simply and powerfully he framed what so many founders quietly carry: cash anxiety and profit anxiety. That constant underlying stress of wondering whether there will be enough, whether the business is really making money, and whether the next decision is going to move things forward or tip everything sideways.

    So many businesses still operate reactively, putting out spot fires each month, hoping revenue will solve deeper structural issues, or chasing growth without really understanding profitability.     In this episode of the Bee Formless™ Flow Driven CEO Podcast, I sat down with Michelle Pecak to explore life, leadership and business from the inside out, and this one was such a vibe. What opened up here was a much deeper conversation about self-awareness, alignment, money, collaboration and what happens when success stops being performative and starts becoming something that actually fits who you are.

    Human design helped Michelle see that the very things that made her exceptional in business, bringing people together, seeing around corners, building systems and teaching others, were the same gifts she was now being called to monetise more consciously and joyfully.

    What stayed with me most was Michelle’s honesty about giving away her power by trying to lead like the men around her instead of trusting her own design. That opened into a much bigger conversation around money blocks, waiting for the right invitation, the difference between forcing and flowing, and the reality that we are all still trying to live authentically inside systems that are not fully built for that yet. Her point was not to sit still and hope life arrives, it was to understand your own strategy well enough that you stop performing success and start embodying it.

    Daniel’s journey itself speaks to that tension between possibility and reality.
