Celebrating almost 25 years of handling the most amazing properties in the Beach and being your community storyteller has inspired me to create this new podcast platform to help share those stories with all of you. Every time you see my "This House Has a Podcast" signs on the lawn on my latest Beach listing, you will also hear it here.
