Bay Area cities and counties are opening cold-weather shelter beds and urging un-housed residents to come indoors from the rain and chilly temperatures. Despite some opposition from labor, San Francisco isn't slamming the door on the possibility of DoorDash starting early testing of its drone delivery program in the city. Two Golden Gate Ferry boats are out for repairs so trips between Larkspur and San Francisco are taking longer than usual.
