Breathing is something that's so second nature to us, we don't even think about it. Be honest. When was the last time you really took a second and listened to your breathing? Most of us don't realize that for one reason or another, we aren't breathing correctly. This has a major impact on us. Our breath is the foundation of our life and drives our body. Sometimes when things get hectic, all it takes to regain control of yourself and the world around you is to focus on the rhythm of your breathing.
