Awakening Muladhara, the Root Chakra

Muladhara Chakra, the Root Chakra resides at the base of the chakra system. It is our connection point to all that is and fastens us to the web that has no weaver. Focusing on this chakra is the best way to begin each day or to help us regroup so that we can ground and center ourselves. I have created this guided meditation for all of us using one of the most powerful tools we have in order to help us connect with Muladhara Chakra: Primordial sound. This is a banana to give the monkey-mind to calm it down.

Soothing
