Author and Filmmaker Grace Young Advocates for Chinese American Culture & Cuisine

Grace Young has been called "the poet laureate of the wok" by the esteemed food writer, Betty Fussell. An award-winning cookbook author, culinary historian, and filmmaker, Young has dedicated her life's work to advocate and uphold the value of Chinese-American culture and cuisine through her cookbooks, classes and award-winning video series. She is recipient of The Julia Child Award (2022), The James Beard Foundation Humanitarian Award (2022) and The IACP Lifetime Achievement Award (2021).
