    दही से स्नान करना केवल एक परंपरा नहीं है, बल्कि इसका ज्योतिष और आयुर्वेद दोनों में विशेष महत्व है। ज्योतिष के अनुसार, दही से स्नान करने से शरीर और मन की शुद्धि होती है, नकारात्मक ऊर्जा दूर होती है और जीवन में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है। दही में मौजूद लैक्टिक एसिड त्वचा को मुलायम, चमकदार और स्वस्थ बनाता है।
