  • Episode 828 - Half-time
    Apr 30 2025

In this episode I'm joined by Tom Canton of Football London to discuss Arsenal's 1-0 defeat to PSG in the Champions League semi-final first leg last night. We discuss the way the visitors dominated the opening stages – were they very good or were the Gunners bad? We analyse the goal we conceded, and some of their other chances, before we look at the opportunities Mikel Arteta's side had to score through Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard. We also had a goal disallowed, but were probably fortunate in the end that PSG didn't score again. There's also some chat about the fans/atmosphere, and how the tie is poised going into the second leg in Paris next week.
