Ninety percent of small-c christian evangelicals proudly voted for a convicted felon, pathological liar, con man ... and the list of other disgusting attributes they found so admirable goes on and on. Chalk it up to mass hysteria, defined as an outbreak of unusual, unhealthy and uncontrollable behaviors, thoughts and feelings shared among a group of people. It's a psychogenic illness.
