Ari + Noah Meyerowitz of Sproutman

Brothers Ari and Noah Meyerowitz took charge of Sproutman after their father passed away in 2015—when the brothers were just 25 and 16. They’ve transformed the business into a healthy eating powerhouse that sells organic sprouting seeds that are easy to grow, good for the environment, and more nutritious than supermarket vegetables. 

On this episode, Marco is joined by producer Caroline Glennon and her sister Izzy, who talk with the brothers about how to run a business with family, how to stay independent as you grow, and what they look for in potential hires.
