No one needs to prove anything… if you never question it.

Most people believe enforcement comes from statutes or agencies.

It doesn’t.

It comes from presumption.

You are presumed to be something.Subject to something.Obligated under something.

And unless you challenge that…it stands as fact.

The courts have long recognized the danger of silent assumptions.

In United States v. Tweel, the court acknowledged that silence can create a false impression—and that presumption can mislead.

That’s how the system operates.

Not through constant proof…but through unchallenged classification.

And once that classification is accepted—everything else follows automatically.

Good faith belief is how presumption is confronted.

It forces the question:

What is actually being asserted…and has it been proven?

Without that…you are not participating.

You are being processed.
