Toxic- Poisonous. Very harmul or unpleasant in a pervasive or insidious way.

What made me bring up this topic? A year ago, August 3, 2022, I made the decision to get out of a toxic relationship with myself. I hated myself. I had no respect for myself and I had to make a change. Since making that decision I got a lot more done in a year than what I got done in my lifetime.
