The Joe Beamer show on demand from NewsRadio 930 WBEN! Buffalo was rocked by the news of a homicide that took place Thursday morning in which a 44-year-old woman was gunned down in a home on South Ogden Street, allegedly by 49-year-old Rickey Crouch, who had a past record of multiple arrests, including one which posted a $50,000 bail and the District Attorney's office requested he not be released. We have from Buffalo's acting Mayor Chris Scanlon and former Erie County District Attorney John Flynn on the tragedy, and the need for adjustments to New York State's bail reform laws, although this incident did not occur while Crouch was out on bail. Also, we hear from John Domres of Buffalo Brewing Company after they had equipment vital to their operation vandalized, and the idea of bringing nuclear power to Dunkirk has been floated, there have been discussions about repurposing the old NRG plant as a nuclear power plant. Would you be on board with this? Is it worth the risk?
