Arcus Conversations: Lesbian Visibility Day (with Christie-Lee Malek and Jen Longstaff)

Our Arcus conversations series, is led by our Arcus network to explore topics and commemorate events that are relevant to the LGBTQ+ lived experience and to discuss how this informs who we are and how we work. To celebrate the day, Christie-Lee Malek, Practice Support Coordinator and Arcus Australia Co-chair in Sydney, and Jen Longstaff, Legal Technology Advisor in Newcastle, discuss their personal experiences as identifying lesbian women. They also talk about being their authentic self at work, handling stereotyping, and how businesses can create a culture of inclusion.
