    Scientists face any number of challenges when they venture into the field, but it’s not often that aggressive hippos are among them. The researchers conducting annual expeditions in the Okavango Delta in Southern Africa, as part of the Okavango Wilderness Project, risk life and limb to collect the environmental data that will be used to protect this wild place.
