Welcome to The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m Daryl Perry. No matter where you are on your weight loss journey, this space is for you. We start by defusing trigger foods, keeping nothing off the table, and we keep the staples like produce and water.
You will see why preference based routines beat one size fits all plans. You will hear how to appreciate your before, your now, and your next without loathing any version of you. I also share my background in coaching, adaptive fitness, running groups, and digital programs, and how the YLF self paced resources help you apply this in a simple, systematic way.
