Applying The Values Advantage - An Interview with Scott Pastalove of Repair Air

After close to two decades of successfully managing stores in a large restaurant chain, Scott decided to make a career change and started taking vocational classes at night. Not long after that, I interviewed him for a role as an HVAC service tech apprentice. I remember telling the owner of the company that if they treated Scott well, he'd be a department manager within three years - and I was spot on! Fast-forward almost a decade and Scott has earned a Master HVAC license, his contractor's license, and has launched Repair Air.

In this session, I have the honor of talking with Scott about the clear purpose that's driven him to do all he's done over the last decade in pursuit of this dream and the values that serve as the foundation for everyone interacting Repair Air. We'll also discuss our partnership on the upcoming 2026 LeadershipLegacy Experience.
