Post Graduate student Aparna Maikkara joins the podcast to talk about IT and Tech in India and her MSc Computing course at the University of Northampton.
Aparna describes the IT and innovation hubs in India. She also speaks about key areas of her studies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)/machine learning, touching on the ethical dilemmas when biases are subconsciously introduced. She also shares thoughts about women working in IT.
Finally, Aparna talks about the presentation she gave within one of Digital Northampton's 'Tech at Ten events' where she spoke about the innovation in the city port of Kochi (link below).
