Ann Bowditch of Hypnotherapy & Holistic Health

Ann talks about her Hypnotherapy business and how she transitioned to that after 3 years as a personal trainer. Before that she worked in the finance industry and was a successful runner and road cyclist, representing Guernsey in both.
