The podcast would be really good if they had a different person to host it. He is very uncharismatic and he purposefully stagnates on certain points for longer than he should. I think he was trying to be snarky or funny by doing that, but it was pretty awkward and lame. He also a pretentious hipster millennial liberal that thinks that making his politics obviously known through out A PODCAST ABOUT JAPANESE CARTOONS isn't controversial. I'm fine with people airing their policies on the internet, but not on completely unrelated podcasts.

Host kind of ruins the podcast.
