Devil May Cry has a new animated series by Studio MIR and series creator Adi Shankar is here to make the feeling really sing. It's 2025 and there's a lot of discourse over the state of animation and I thought it was worth talking about it. Pixar's Win or Lose is the first TV (or rather streaming) series from the studio and man do they hit it out of the park! Following the little league softball team The Pickles we see different perspectives from one week of events through the eyes and anxieties from different members of the team. It's a great concept and some of the most solid execution from a studio that, in my opinion has been losing a lot of it's magic. But they've got it back now and this one is a homerun! This may be the best season of Invincible to date as Mark's duty to protect Earth from the Viltrumite Empire is put to the ultimate test. That as well as the morality of being an all-powerful hero with dangerous villains threatening people he cares about, how does he handle them?

Dragon Ball DAIMA is the latest addition to the Dragon Ball Saga and the final adaptation in which Akira Toriyama was heavily involved. Lord of the Rings War of the Rohirrim wasn't hyped or really talked about even by Warner Bros Discovery, and it wasn't lighting critics up either. But that doesn't stop it from being a beautiful new adaptation from a little known story in the LOTR Universe. With a talented director and gorgeous art design that sucks you right back into the Peter Jackson trilogy Rohirrim takes home some strong thumbs up from this crew. Toon in now!
