Lou Castro (aka Daniel Perez, master manipulator) was a man who seemed to have this ability to draw families to him and convince them of the seemingly impossible. He would use his influence to even allegedly convince people to commit suicide under the guise that he could bring them back to life in a newer, healthier body.
