Anand Kasturi is a consultant Trainer, an Executive Coach and a mentor with 20+ years of experience specialising in the area of Customer Centricity and Services Management.  He has impacted organisations such as Oracle, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, Texas Instruments, Philips, ABB and many others. He has also conducted workshops on service management in various countries including Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, UK, Germany, and the USA. He has done his PhD in service management from University of Buckingham. He is an IIT Madras Alumni and has done his MBA from IIM Bangalore.
