Drawing on decades of investigative work, Bryant meticulously outlines Epstein’s criminal network and the extensive coverups executed by state and federal authorities, as well as the complicit silence of mainstream media. His research reveals the disturbing parallels between Epstein's case and another scandal Bryant is intimately familiar with: the Franklin Scandal, a deeply buried child sex trafficking case he spent seven years investigating. The result of that investigation was his landmark book, The Franklin Scandal: A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse, and Betrayal, which exposed how networks trafficking children have been protected rather than prosecuted.

Bryant’s journey into the Epstein case began as early as 2012, when he obtained Epstein’s infamous “Little Black Book.” For years, he attempted to publish articles based on its contents, only to be stonewalled by legacy media outlets unwilling to touch the story. It wasn’t until 2015, when Gawker published the Black Book, that this crucial piece of evidence was made public—thanks in large part to Bryant’s persistence.
