And we are back to our "Amazing Women Series" here at a Mommy and a Mic! It is my pleasure to interview Gwen Forlizzi, a local non-profit owner and longtime friend. We first connected in the Mommy Group I joined when I first moved to Pennsylvania and kept crossing paths ever since!

In this episode, we talk about how she supports women in the surrounding cities. Specifically, those who may leaving an abusive relationship, with their children and only the clothes on their backs. Learn how it all started, what she does, and how you can help support this amazing cause!
