  • On this episode of the Stewards of Stoke Podcast, we sit down with Amanda Kosloski, a female marathon and trail runner based out of Colorado Springs. We cover how she got into running, hating it as a kid to leaving the classroom to compete and focus on her running years later. How she is feeling/preparing for the Boston Marathon next week. Her favorite memories over the past year racing, winning the Disney 10K and beating 10,000 other females! Her love for the Pikes Peak Ascent race which she will compete in this September. Her international races, competing in the Golden Trail Mountain Series through the Swiss Alps. Different types of nutrition and supplements that she has been implementing into her diet.
