On Palm Sunday, we continue in our Kingdom Governance direction by looking at the moment Jesus was recognized as King—and how easily that recognition can be misunderstood.
The people were expecting political freedom, a visible overthrow, a king who would take control in the way they understood. But Jesus came revealing a different kind of Kingdom—one not built on force, but on surrender, trust, and transformation.
This message invites us to examine our own expectations. Where are we looking for control instead of Christ? Where are we asking Him to meet our version of kingship instead of yielding to who He actually is?
Because there is only room for one on the throne.
As we reflect on the triumphal entry, we’re called back to the heart of Kingdom Governance: a people who trust His Word, yield to His rule, and allow Him to define what His Kingdom truly looks like.
Blessed is the King who comes—not to meet our expectations, but to transform our lives.
