Welcome to the Health and Self-Care (HaSC) podcast!
In this episode, Am I Experiencing Burnout?, our hosts Dr. Kate Staveley and Dr. Andrew Tresidder are joined by author and Clinical Psychologist Dr. Claire Plumbly to discuss what we mean by burnout, why we need a new definition for occupational burnout to cover working in all aspects of life and how Claire's book, burnout, can teach us how to drive our own nervous systems more effectively to help us navigate times of high stress.
The HaSC podcast is a free (and ad-free) fortnightly series hosted by Dr. Andrew Tresidder, Dr. Peter Bagshaw, Dr. Kate Staveley and, on occasion, David Sealey (not a doctor). In each episode, the doctors discuss a different topic related to health and self-care and often invite expert guests to join them in conversation.
