Alyssa Royse, Owner of Rocket Community Fitness

Alyssa is someone I have known for many years. Based in Seattle, she is now the owner of Rocket Community Fitness, and she is known by many as someone unafraid to speak her mind, which most notably caused a stir when she publicly rebuked gym chain Crossfit and its owner.

We chat a bit about Crossfit, politics, diversity in film, and of course answer those six important questions.
