Allow me to introduce myself

Hope Jones-Packwood CEO has over 35 years of administrative and managerial experience in various hospitals, physicians offices, and medical billing agencies. I have over 32 of those years doing private practice full revenue cycle medical billing, and for 22 years I have trained students at some of the most recognized training schools and colleges, as well as being director of my own certified medical billing training school. During the late 80s and early 90s, I was employed in the medical industry field, first as a unit clerk then as an office manager for a private physicians office. That’s where I saw endless opportunities in processing medical claims electronically for physicians from home.

I liked that Hope was initially ready to share valuable information. I didn't like that the information never arrived. What happened Hope?
