  • From Caviar to Dirty Martinis, RHONY’s Erin Lichy knows How to Host
    Nov 13 2025

Katie catches up with Erin Lichy from The Real Housewives of New York City to chat about her new cookbook, She’s a Host, and life as a mom of four, entrepreneur, real estate pro, and podcast co-host with her husband, Abe. Erin shares her down-to-earth approach to entertaining—keep it simple, keep it fun, and never run out of food, drinks, or good music. They dive into her favorite recipes, from her secretly veggie-packed mac and cheese (hint: broccoli) to her go-to meatballs and roast chicken. And of course, Katie couldn’t resist asking about RHONY—including how Erin’s life has changed since joining the show and her take on that unforgettable Hamptons caviar moment (you’ll want to hear her reaction). Listen in for an episode that feels like you’re catching up with your girlfriends.

  • Do You Know What’s in Your Wine? With Katie’s Kind of Wild Wines’ Co-Founders Jordan and Adam Sager
    Nov 6 2025

Katie is joined by Jordan and Adam Sager, her co-founders of Kind of Wild Wines and co-presidents of Winesellers Ltd., a family-owned wine import company their father started in Chicago back in 1978. Together, they had the same realization—if they cared about eating organic, why shouldn’t they be drinking organic too? That idea inspired the creation of Kind of Wild Wines, their label that’s proudly organic, zero-sugar, additive-free, and sustainably farmed. In this episode, they pull back the curtain on what’s really in your wine (including the shocking fact that up to 70 additives can be legally used), clear up the confusion around sulfites, and share their favorite holiday wine pairings (like sparkling cava with ham), so you can sip smarter this season. It’s an eye-opening and lively conversation that just might change the way you think about what’s in your glass.

  • Food Network’s The Kitchen Ends: Final Thoughts and Reflections with Katie
    Oct 30 2025

Katie is solo today with a heartfelt episode as she closes an important chapter — The Kitchen on Food Network has officially come to an end after an incredible 12 years, 40 seasons, and 534 episodes. She shares the behind-the-scenes story of how she landed the position after nearly seven years of trying to break into Food Network, including the audition where she had to make her ultimate PB&J (she went all-in on the classic white-bread, sugary-jelly version she always wished for as a kid). Katie reflects on favorite memories with her co-hosts, how the show led her to meeting her husband Ryan, and what she hopes to cook up next in the food media world. Most importantly, she sends a huge thank-you to the listeners and fans who made this ride such a joy every single day.

Katie Lee Biegel is one of the most down to earth people. She shines in her welcoming element of what is her podcast. She touches on various topics, of course extremely relatable and inspirational also. She is a very good role model especially in this day and age. I learn a lot about nutritious and satisfying meals from her, and it's really cool when she has guests. She is the furthest thing from pretentious and just a very kind and magnetic individual. I am so so happy she has a podcast!!!! WAY TO GO KATIE!!!
