All about sushi: Creating a delicious business with your very own ingredients

When it comes to creating a business, it's important to think about our very own "sushi" that we want to create. That means the most delicious combination of ingredients that will be the perfect recipe for our clients. How do we want to make them feel? What is our signature style? Who are we? What kind of energy, values, and methods do we want to share, and convey? We have to think about how we can make truly original sushi that will look and taste just like us and feel amazing and yummy to our customers. Copying someone else's recipe is denying that you too are a great chef with your very own recipes. Not spending enough time thinking about what your sushi is (i.e.: your identity and signature style) is like forgetting about your very own talents and persona, the reasons why clients come to you.
