on this episode i had the privilege of talking to Brett who has battled gambling and the effects this has had on his mental health along with people around him and how he has rebuilt his life and still battles everyday with his gambling addiction, a massive thanks to Brett for being brave and talking out about this in the hope that you may be able to share some of his experiences and know things can and will get better.
