  • Ep. 9 Dating in Alignment (What It’s Bringing Up for Us)
    Mar 25 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re sharing real-time updates on our dating lives and what this season has been bringing up for us.

We went into this conversation wanting to explore the differences between men and women, and how those dynamics can show up in dating. From communication styles to emotional expression, we reflect on how these differences have impacted our experiences and perspectives.

We also talk about what it looks like to date while trying to stay aligned — and how quickly dating can reveal areas where you’re not.

Through our recent experiences, we’ve noticed how dating can bring old wounds, triggers, and patterns to the surface. Instead of avoiding those moments, we’re learning to use them as opportunities for self-awareness, growth, and deeper alignment.

    In this episode, we share:

    • Updates on our current dating experiences

    • What’s been feeling aligned (and what hasn’t)

    • The differences we’ve noticed between men and women in dating

    • How triggers in dating can point to deeper healing

    • How we’re learning to navigate dating with more intention and self-trust

This conversation is honest, reflective, and very real. If you’ve ever questioned whether something in your dating life feels aligned — or noticed patterns you’re trying to break — this episode is for you.

Alignment isn’t always obvious, but learning to recognize what doesn’t feel right is often where it begins.

  • Ep. 8 Dating as a Divine Experiment
    Mar 18 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re diving into the world of dating — what it looks like for us right now, and what it’s been bringing up along the way.

We both recently decided to dip our toes back into dating, but with very different perspectives. One of us approached it more casually, while the other was looking for something deeper and long-term — and naturally, that led to very different experiences.

    We talk about:

    • Our experiences on dating apps and how they felt for each of us

    • What it’s like to connect with people who feel more aligned

    • Recognizing when something isn’t aligned and choosing to walk away

    • Unexpected connections re-entering our lives

    • The wounds and triggers that dating can bring to the surface

    • How we’re navigating those emotions in real time

This conversation is honest, reflective, and a little bit unfiltered. We also touch on things that are often considered “taboo” in dating conversations, and why we think it’s important to be more open about them.

More than anything, this experience has reminded us that dating can be a mirror. It reflects where we are, what we’ve healed, and what we’re still working through.

Whether you’re actively dating, taking a break, or just observing your own patterns, this episode is an invitation to approach it all with more awareness, curiosity, and self-trust.

  • Ep. 7 Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet
    Mar 11 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we talk about what it means to stop hiding parts of yourself and start showing up more authentically.

For us, that looked like finally owning our spirituality and allowing it to exist openly as part of who we are. We share our individual journeys with spirituality throughout our lives, how our beliefs have evolved, and what it felt like to publicly embrace something that once felt very private.

We also talk about navigating triggers and how those moments often reveal areas where we still have healing to do. Learning to work through those experiences has become an important part of both our personal growth and spiritual journeys.

Throughout the conversation, we reflect on the idea that everyone’s path looks different. Whether someone connects with spirituality, religion, or something entirely different, what matters most is leading with kindness, compassion, and an open heart.

Our biggest takeaway from this episode is simple: if there’s a part of yourself you’ve been hiding — whether it’s your spirituality or something else — give yourself permission to embrace it.

The more we allow ourselves to be seen as we truly are, the closer we get to living authentically.

  • Ep. 6 Existing in the Void
    Mar 4 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re diving into a space most people don’t talk about: the void. That place between what was and what’s coming — when you’ve left old habits behind but aren’t entirely clear on what’s next.

We share personal stories of living in this liminal space and what it feels like to exist in the in-between. It’s messy, uncertain, and sometimes uncomfortable, but it’s also the moment where growth and transformation happen.

    We talk about:

    • Resisting the pull of old habits and patterns

    • Accepting uncertainty without rushing

    • Taking life one step at a time, even when the path isn’t fully visible

    • The importance of patience, self-compassion, and presence

If you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or unsure of what your next move should be, this conversation is a reminder: it’s okay not to have all the answers. The in-between is where clarity grows. The void is where you find yourself. And every step you take matters.

    You’re not lost. You’re becoming.

  • Ep. 5 Is Depression a Sign You’re Out of Alignment?
    Feb 25 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re having an honest conversation about depression — our personal experiences with it, how it’s shown up in our lives, and what healing has looked like for each of us.

We share the seasons where we felt disconnected, numb, overwhelmed, or stuck, and the subtle (and not so subtle) ways depression signaled that something in our lives wasn’t aligned. From relationships and environments to identity and purpose, we reflect on how misalignment can quietly impact our mental health.

This episode isn’t about quick fixes or toxic positivity. It’s about awareness, responsibility, and compassion. We talk about the tools that helped us — reconnecting with ourselves, changing our environments, rebuilding from the inside out, and learning to listen to what our emotions were trying to tell us.

We also explore the idea that depression can sometimes be more than just a chemical imbalance — that it can be a signal, an invitation to reevaluate your life, your boundaries, and the version of yourself you’re living as.

If you’ve struggled with depression, felt lost in your own life, or questioned whether the path you’re on truly feels like yours, this conversation offers honesty, hope, and perspective.

Healing isn’t linear. Alignment isn’t instant. And you are not broken.

    You’re becoming.

  • Ep. 4 No One Is Coming to Save You
    Feb 18 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re talking about the moment many of us eventually face — realizing that no one is coming to save us.

As confronting as that sounds, this conversation is really about empowerment. We explore the importance of saving yourself, taking responsibility for your healing, and not waiting around for a person, relationship, opportunity, or external circumstance to come fix your life.

We share personal stories about the seasons where we felt lost, broken, or disconnected from ourselves — and what it looked like to begin rebuilding from the ground up. From emotional healing to reclaiming our identity, we talk about the inner work it takes to reconnect with yourself and become the one who shows up for your own life.

This episode dives into self-trust, resilience, and the shift that happens when you stop looking outside yourself for rescue and start turning inward instead. Because while support, love, and community matter deeply… true alignment begins the moment you decide to save yourself.

If you’ve been waiting for clarity, closure, or someone else to change so you can finally feel whole — this conversation is your reminder that your power has been yours all along.

    You are not helpless.

    You are rebuilding.

And you are far more capable than you’ve been led to believe.

  • Ep. 3 Daddy Issues, But Make It Self-Aware
    Feb 11 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we’re diving into a topic we half-jokingly called “daddy issues” — but the truth underneath it runs much deeper.

We explore the wounds we experienced in childhood and how those early dynamics with our fathers and father figures shaped the way we showed up in adult relationships. Through personal stories about our dads, stepdads, and the environments we were raised in, we reflect on the patterns we later found ourselves repeating romantically — often attracting partners who mirrored the very traits that hurt us.

We talk about how, subconsciously, we can find ourselves trying to “solve” or “fix” childhood wounds through our relationships — replaying familiar emotional scenarios in hopes of finally getting a different outcome. But instead of healing us, those loops can keep us stuck, manifesting relationships that reinforce the same pain.

This conversation is about awareness, accountability, and compassion for ourselves. We share what shifted once we recognized these patterns, how understanding the father wound can support healing, and why breaking these cycles is such an important step in living an aligned life.

If you’ve ever questioned why you attract certain relationship dynamics, or felt like you were repeating emotional patterns you couldn’t explain, this episode offers reflection, validation, and the reminder that awareness is the first step to choosing differently.

We’re not repeating the loops anymore — and you don’t have to either.

  • Ep. 2 The Art of Detachment
    Feb 4 2026

In this episode of Aligned, Almost, we explore the art of detachment and why it’s one of the most important foundations for living an aligned life. Detachment isn’t about apathy or shutting down — it’s about releasing control, loosening our grip on outcomes, and learning to trust ourselves and life more deeply.

We share personal stories about where attachment kept us stuck, how fear and expectations shaped our choices, and what changed when we began detaching from external validation, relationships, timelines, and who we thought we had to be. We also talk about how detachment supports healing, spiritual growth, and clarity, especially when you’re in the messy middle of becoming.

This conversation is for anyone who feels exhausted from forcing, overthinking, or trying to make things work that no longer align. If you’re learning how to choose yourself, honor your inner truth, and live with more peace and intention, this episode is for you.

Letting go isn’t giving up — it’s making space for what’s meant for you.
