Advocate for yourself

Sometimes standing up for yourself is a hard thing to do. But, at some point in time you will have to do that and let them know don't take my kindness for weakness. And, don't think I'm an easy target because I look nice or you feel you can do whatever. It's all about having healthy boundaries and letting people and managers know that you are not going to tolerate that behavior
