Academia and children - How to balance a career and raising children?

What does it mean to have an important job and at the same time have a child or as in Elisa's case even two or more children. How do you manage to get two full-time jobs into a 7-day week, so to speak, and what's fun about it? Elisa tells us something about her job as a scientist at the University of Leipzig and her experience of combining it with being a mother.
