Aastha Ka Insaani Sagar : Kumbh

कुम्भ मेला देश के चार शहरों में होता है लेकिन उसका जो विशाल, वैभवशाली और विहंगम रूप प्रयागराज में दिखता है वैसा कहीं और नहीं होता। गंगा और यमुना के संगम से पहले गंगा के कछार में मीलों तक टेंट का एक शहर खड़ा हो जाता है। सन्यासी और गृहस्थ, आस्तिक और नास्तिक, पर्यटक और पत्रकार, वाचक और श्रोता सभी इस मेले में गड्डमड्ड होकर आस्था की एक अदृश्य डोर से बंध जाते हैं। लेकिन इस भीड़ और कोलाहल में भी हर भक्त अध्यात्म की अपनी एकांगी राह का अकेला पथिक होता है।

Bound by faith: Kumbh

Kumbh Mela is organized in four different cities across India at an interval of four years. However, its grandest expression is witnessed in the floodplains of Prayagraj on the banks of the Ganga river just before the confluence of Ganga and Yamuna. Here believers and nonbelievers, preacher and seeker, tourists and journalists all converge to become a part of the sea of humanity and faith. However, beyond the din and dust of the largest congregation on earth, each seeker quietly treads the lone path of their spiritual journey.
