Rob DeBoer is a former two Sport Captain and Athlete at the University of South Carolina in Football and Baseball. He was drafted into Major League Baseball by the NY Mets out of high School and the Toronto Bluejays and Oakland Athletics in college, playing for a total of six seasons of minor league baseball.

Eyeing a change he then dove into competitive Strongman and Bodybuilding before being sidelined by a lung cancer diagnosis. In typical high performance fashion he continued on building a successful career in the health and fitness industry with a focus on helping people age well.

So much so that at age 46 she went back to school for a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Simon Fraser University. Having graduated with a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology she is registered as a clinical counselor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors.
