Last week, the CEO of AI company Anthropic spoke with The New York Times’ Ross Douthat about his predictions for the future of artificial intelligence. He served as a top campaign messaging and political strategist for Senator John McCain’s campaign in 2000, as well as for successful gubernatorial candidates Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tommy Thompson, and John Engler.
