What is the story you are telling yourself in your own head? How do you see yourself, how do you see your life, and how do you explain the things that are happening around you?
In this episode, I talk about how your internal story shapes your actions. If something in your life is within your control and you do not like it, you can change the story you are telling yourself about it. When the story changes, your actions can change too.
But this is not about forcing yourself to be perfect or trying to optimize every single day of your life. Growth happens over time. Change happens when you are ready. The real work starts with connecting to yourself and learning how to observe your thoughts instead of fighting them.
I talk about noticing the story you tell yourself about who you are. Not judging it. Not shaming it. Just seeing it clearly. When your head becomes a calmer place, when you move at a more deliberate pace, you give yourself space to choose a different path.
This is about building a life that feels supportive from the inside/out. It takes time. It takes patience. But you will get there.
Start by noticing the story. Then decide when you are ready to take the next step.
