Acerca de esta escucha
The week before my 40th birthday this year I was diagnosed with ADHD and it's completely turned my world upside down (and right side up??) So, of course, I wanted to do an episode about ADHD... pronto!
Sebastian Clarke, Intimacy Coach and Educator with TurnON.love, was the perfect guest to dive into so many of the neurodivergent topics I've been obsessing over lately. In this episode we really focus on ADHD and relationships including questions like:
- How does having ADHD impact our relationships?
- What are some common challenges we might face?
- How can ADHD show up in our sex lives?
- How to talk to someone that you think might have ADHD and may not know it?
- What are some tips for ADHD folks to navigate relating in a neurotypical world?
- Are my fidget toys loud enough to be heard on this podcast? ;)
Plus, a whole lot more. Seb and I both share some personal stories as we traverse the vulnerable complexities of being neurodivergent ourselves and wanting to talk about all the things!
