I am a raw, uncensored, passionate neurodivergent, self proclaimed baddie Latina woman in her early 30's, who loves to actively have conversations regarding controversial and complex topics, nothing is off the table. I'm an open book, someone who doesn't identify or agree with most social norms, but believes that sharing my personal opinions and experiences might help someone feel seen or heard. Learning to navigate in this crazy life on a healing journey that is not linear, just like so many other humans. I am a huge mental health and therapy advocate. I am learning about myself daily and trying to balance sharing as much as I can while still keeping some core things private. This is me standing ten toes in my truth and opening up to everyone about, well, literally, everything. PSA IT GETS EMOTIONAL. The release of so many untold stories triggers the crybaby in me. From the best moments of my life to every crazy traumatic event that has made me who I am today. I am giving you a lifetime full of tea and testimony. Every person has a story, and this is MINE. I’m telling you about the things that broke me and how I put the pieces back together every time. I have ALOT to say and I said what I said. Let's get into it.
