A conversation with Ella Hafermalz

Ella Hafermalz is universitair docent bij het KIN Center for Digital Innovation van de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Haar promotieonderzoek ging over werken op afstand. Ella bespreekt wat wij van dit onderzoek kunnen leren en wat de voordelen en uitdagingen zijn van hybride werken. Ook geeft zij aan waarover het nuttig is om met elkaar na te denken, te praten en te experimenteren om tot een hybride werkvorm te komen die bij de organisatie past.

Ella Hafermalz is associate professor at the KIN Center for Digital Innovation at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her PhD research was about remote working. Ella discusses what we can learn from this research and what the advantages and challenges are of hybrid working. She also points out the benefits of thinking, talking and experimenting with each other to arrive at a hybrid work form that suits the organisation.
