    💆So many of our practices here focus on cultivating specific energy, but this practice is a little different. This is an invitation to sit with yourself, exactly as you are, without guidance, without a specific goal or intention. Rather than trying to create or shift anything, this space allows you to rest in presence and find comfort within your own inner world. We begin with a short period of gentle guidance to help you arrive in your body and settle into the moment. From there, you’ll be held by music alone for four minutes (no guidance, no instructions) just open space to let this practice become whatever you need it to be. We then close the practice with soft guidance. This is a practice of pure presence, inviting you to come exactly as you are. I am a nurse coach who both uses mindfulness practice for myself as well as for my clients.
I have been using A Zen Mind series for the past several months and truly enjoy it. It offer’s a large variety of practices… something for everyone.
