A Trip Down Memory Lane

In this stand alone episode, I take a trip down memory lane for a purpose. That purpose is to express gratitude for where I've come from, and to help us all continue to learn from our life experiences, even the ones that happened decades ago. The main idea of this episode is what will you put in your box in the attic to move on from and what will you put in your life backpack to take with you wherever you go. It's a challenging thing to think about, but incredibly helpful to do, so I hope you can do this for yourself and hope you enjoy this episode!
